About The Chronic Support Project
Chronically Supported
The Chronic Support Project offers functional wellness consulting for individuals navigating complex chronic illness. By integrating person-centered care with evidence-based lifestyle strategies, we empower individuals to improve their functional capacity and navigate their health journey with confidence. Through holistic education, personalized wellness planning, and continuous support, we work with you to build a sustainable path to long-term wellness.
Grounded in Experience and Practice
The Chronic Support Project integrates firsthand understanding with professional training to provide support that is both informed and usable. The intent is not to position expertise above lived experience, but to reinforce it—supporting people in building systems, skills, and strategies that serve their lives.
The Chronic Support Project is built on a few core principles:
Assume competence. People living with complex chronic illness are already experts in their own bodies and experiences.
Reduce friction. Support should lower cognitive and logistical burden, not increase it.
Focus on agency. The aim is to strengthen self‑advocacy, communication, and decision‑making—not dependence.
Support sustainability. Tools should help people engage with care in ways that are sustainable over time.
Services and resources offered through The Chronic Support Project are designed to support:
Functional wellness
Patient navigation
Emotional wellbeing
Skill-building and agency
Recovery, healing, and cultivating a lifestyle that supports your wellbeing is no easy feat. Regardless of long the road ahead appears, you don’t have to walk it alone. This is a space to do the hard work—calmly, intentionally, and effectively.

“The reality of living with complex chronic illness is something that can only truly be understood through experience. I have personally faced many of the the same challenges that my clients face and had to learn how to navigate a system that isn't designed or equipped to support complex multi-system conditions. The Chronic Support Project is designed to bridge this gap utilizing an integrative approach that combines holistic health, clinical support, and system development. This is more than just consulting; it's a partnership where you are not chronically ill—you’re chronically supported.”
